Creatovate was founded in 2012 by Dermott Dowling, based on the simple principle that every business has within itself the latent potential to create, innovate & grow.

Working in both large multinational businesses and small entrepreneurial companies across multiple countries and cultures for more than sixteen years Dermott experienced firsthand how empowering an innovation process that works can be when it is guided by a choice based strategy, supported with resources, and a culture of leadership and teams.
